ITS is happy to announce that the migration of Genesys from UConn to PSR went smoothly and our local mainframe is now decommissioned.
As of 8:00 am today, Genesys services are again available. You can access them on-campus the same as you always have. To connect while off-campus, you will use VPN or remote desktop. Directions for remote access are posted at http://genesys.uconn.edu/. If you need technical assistance, please contact the ITS Technology Support Center at 860.486.4357 or techsupport@uconn.edu. Delivery of HR and Payroll functionality from an external provider is the best practical bridge strategy to manage costs and lower our risk profile as we continue to integrate UConn activities into Core-CT (the state administrative system). The migration to PSR was a joint success that was only achieved by the combined efforts and coordination of ITS and our functional partners.
