We are University Information Technology Services…

The people of UITS provide the knowledge and expertise that support the academic, research, and administrative components of the University of Connecticut.

  • We are the people who provide an array of services and support for the hardware and software that drive the teaching, research, and public engagement mission of the university.
  • We are the people who keep you connected whether it’s hard-wired or wireless.
  • We are the people who ensure the secure and efficient delivery of your email, cable television, and other digital communications.
  • We are the people who provide answers and solutions to keep you on track.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

Please note:

  •  the UITS Help Center offers extended service during the opening weeks of the fall and spring semesters to accommodate the additional needs of incoming students;
  • hours may differ during semester breaks and over the summer months – these changes will be announced on the UITS home page.
