Directory Assistance (UConn)

UITS operators provide campus telephone directory assistance.  Their responsibilities consist of providing directory listings for The University of Connecticut Departments, Schools, Faculty and Staff, routing callers to their requested destination.  After hours callers are provided with options for emergency assistance, the University’s web site link and the on-line directory.
